12 Mass Updates Are Not Applied on Line Items

Error

On the Cart page, CPQ does not apply the mass updates on the line items.

Cause

This happens when there are Product Attribute Rules active in the org.

What to do

You must delete or inactivate all Product Attribute Rules. Perform the following steps to resolve the error:

  1. Go to CPQ Admin > Products > Manage Rules.
  2. Click the Product Attribute Rules icon ().
  3. Delete or inactivate the rules.
