95 Cannot Add a Product to Cart or Configure a Product

Error

The error Failed to reprice,: SObject row was retrieved via SOQL without querying the requested field: Product2.Name is displayed when you add a product to the cart or when you configure a product.

Cause

This happens when maintenance jobs are not executed.

What to do

Perform the following steps to resolve the error:

  1. Go to All Tabs > CPQ Console > Maintenance Console (under System Management).
  2. Run all maintenance jobs.
  3. At last, under Query Field Metadata, click Refresh Field Metadata.
