95 Cannot Add a Product to Cart or Configure a Product
Error
The error Failed to reprice,: SObject row was retrieved via SOQL without querying the requested field: Product2.Name is displayed when you add a product to the cart or when you configure a product.
Cause
This happens when maintenance jobs are not executed.
What to do
Perform the following steps to resolve the error:
- Go to
- Run all maintenance jobs.
- At last, under Query Field Metadata, click Refresh Field Metadata.
