39 Cannot Configure a Product
Error
The error Attempt to de-reference a null object is displayed when you click on Configure Products on the Proposal page.
Cause
This happens when there is an improper value in the Object Name field in Lookup Field Settings.
What to do
-
In the Admin UI, click the more icon (
) on the top-right corner and select Application Management.
- Click Lookup Field Settings.
- Check if any lookup field has improper value in the Object Name field.
- Correct the value and click Save.
