97 Cannot Create an Order from Quote

Error

The error CreateOrderQJob:duplicate field selected: Apttus_QPConfig__Accept__cis displayed when you finalize the cart.

Cause

This happens when the duplicate field "Accept" on the Proposal object restricts to create an order.

What to do

Perform the following steps to resolve the error:

  1. Go to Setup > App Setup > Create > Objects > Quote/Proposal.
  2. Under Custom Fields & Relationships, remove the duplicate field Accept.
