59 Cannot Land on the Catalog Page
Error
The following error is displayed when you land on the Catalog page:
Could not resolve remote action: Apttus_Config2.RemoteCPQController.getAnalyticsRecommendedProducts Attempt to de-reference a null object
Cause
This happens when there is a null entry in Config Expression Criteria Fields.
What to do
Perform the following steps to resolve the error:
- Run the Criteria Maintenance job.
- If the null entry is not deleted, delete it manually.
