64 Cannot Perform Any Action in Console
Error
The error Error: sforce.one.navigateToSObject(recordId, view) - RecordID is a required parameter and must be either 15 or 18 characters long. is displayed in console while performing any action in CPQ.
Cause
This happens when there is a / (slash) in the instance URL.
What to do
Perform the following steps to resolve the error:
- Go to
- In Instance Url, remove the last / (slash).
