63 Cannot View a Category or Product
Error
The error Could not resolve remote action: Apttus_Config2.RemoteCPQController.searchProducts... No such column 'code' on entity 'Product2' is displayed when you click a category or view a product.
Cause
This happens when there is an invalid API in Product Sorting Fields.
What to do
Perform the following steps to resolve the error:
- Go to
- In Product Sorting Fields, correct the invalid API.
- Click Save.
