73 Cannot Add or Configure a Product
Error
This error
"Failed to reprice.: SObject row was retrieved via SOQL without querying the requested field: Apttus_Config2__ProductAttributeValue__c.Apttus_Config2__AccountId__r"is displayed when you try to add or configure a product.
Cause
This happens when there are excessive account ID entries in Config Header Criteria Fields.
What to do
Perform the following steps to resolve the error:
- Go to .
- Click Manage. Edit the required Criteria Set.
- Delete AccountId entries from it.
