81 Cannot Generate a Doc
Error
The error Error E51: Async exception call to the backend system, failed. The backend returns the following exception: API_CURRENTLY_DISABLED: API is disabled for this User is displayed while generating a document.
Cause
This happens when the API Enabled permission is missing for your Profile.
What to do
Perform the following steps to resolve the error:
- Go to
- Select your profile.
- Under System, click System Permissions.
- Click Edit and select the API Enabled checkbox.
- Click Save.
